Day 25

1 – 8:45AM – Protein Shake with Strawberries

2 – 10:45AM – Oatmeal and yes..yet again Frozen Berries

3 – 1:15PM  – MS Salad with all the fixin’s

4 – 3:46PM – 2 Bananas and Walnuts

5 – 6:30PM – Protein Shake with a Banana and Strawberries

6 – CHEATED 8:30PM – Spaghetti with Turkey Sausage and Mushrooms
Bad because I ate alot and it’s hella carbs

No workout today because I “planned” on mowing the lawn but our Neighbors did it for us. So I’m pretty much embarrased to go outside. We ended up brushing 4 lbs of hair from Reesey’s body. Stupid dog…
