Day 36

1 – 8:15AM – Protein Shake with banana

2 – 10:38AM – Oatmeal with Frozen Berries and a dash of almonds

3 – 1:00PM – Myra’s Chicken Pasta concoction with a banana on the side
Had a couple handfulls of the dried edamame beans…

* Err waited too long to eat (Loan issues)

4 – 6:00PM – The rest of the Chicken stuff Myra cooked

5 – 8:00PM – 2 Salmon Patties and 1 cup organic veggies

6 – 10:00PM – 4 Scallops and Risotto
