* Grrr I forgot my protein shake today

1 – 10:00AM – Apple

2 – 11:45AM – Chicken/Shrimp Stir-fry @ B.36

3 – 1:15PM – 1/2 Apple and some dried edamame

4 – 3:20PM – Wheat Spaghetti Left-overs

5 – 1/2 CHEATED 4:16PM – One small scoop of vanilla icecream with sprinkles

6 – CHEATED 7:30PM – Beef Salad from Thai Kitchen

7 – CHEATED 10:30PM – Cheesy Potatoes and Turkey Sausage
