I have no core…

So those two abs exercises I did yesterday kicked my ass around 8:00 pm today. I couldn’t move my midsection. I shouldn’t be surprised…the last time I did a sit-up was about two years ago. It hurts but it’s the “good” hurt…the hurt you want to keep doing because you know it’s good for you. I felt that since I have a michelin around my waist it would be useless to work on my abs since I wouldn’t see a difference until I lost all the weight, but I figure why not just start now while I’m still motivated to go to the gym. So I plan on adding some sort of ab workout at the end of all my workouts from now on so I can get addicted to the hurt like I do with the treadmill.

Bring on the pain…
