PhamLee: Wedding Day
Today’s the day Howard and Tina got married.
Woke up again with a sore, itchy, and scratchy throat. Wonderful. We got ready, early surprisingly we (Myra, Venus, and I) rolled to the Ranch Golf Club. We were actually early…again.
Wedding ceremony was short and sweet, and was followed by the cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. We got some food & drink and waiting in the parking lot. About 20 yards in front of me I saw something that made me die a little inside.
20 yards away from us was a nice pristine putting green. It was being slowly murdered by some of the wedding guests. I cringed as I saw ladies with high heels walk all over the green and their kids running all over throwing the flags around. I was waiting for a staff member to come out to ask the guests to respect the green but no…no one came. Sad…so sad.
We head to dinner and the reception was pretty tite. We were in the back with a few of the homies from Vegas. Howard and Tina were mia most of the time taking pictures, and the DJ didn’t really have the current music on deck. He actually took most of my suggestions when I told him to play something current like JT, Chris Brown, or Ne-Yo.

We close down the Ranch and head back to the hotel. We chill for a lil bit and head on over to some Korean Karoke bar. Oh lawd, downed hella SoJu (a.k.a. Vodka distilled through a sweaty gym sock according to Howard) and Hite! We killed the Karaoke bar, singing some old school songs and a few Korean songs. I need to give a shout-out to Stephen who was my POC (Parter in Crime) that night and Myra learned a new way to say Filipino.

We closed down the Korean bar and Glenn & Danny had a hard ass time getting us to agree on the plan to go home. Oh and I never got my Carls Jr. sandwich that night…
