3 – 1:15PM  – MS Salad with all the fixin’s
4 – 3:46PM – 2 Bananas and Walnuts
5 – 6:30PM – Protein Shake with a Banana and Strawberries
6 – CHEATED 8:30PM – Spaghetti with Turkey Sausage and Mushrooms
