Update: November Roll-up
It’s been a while so I wanted to drop an update on the ol’ bloggy blog.
November was a crazy month but it’s 5am right now so my organizational skills with writing a post might go out the door but I’ll give it my best shot.
In late October, Halloween week, I joined a Microsoft Flag Football league. When I started I didn’t know that I was going to potentially be playing the last game of the season but the commissioners decided to do away with play-offs and continue playing another three games. After 4 games, I know what I need to work on in the gym and have already started to emphasis my workouts to help me off the line. It looks like I’m the perfect size for a lineman. The rush and adrenaline I get from getting past the offensive line, and sacking (pulling his little flag) the quarterback keeps me coming back for more. There’s a spring league starting in February so that gives me 3 months to drop some lbs and pack on some muscle to rip the other team’s o-line apart.

Although I joined the Flag Football league, I was still under the weather which kept me from going to the gym. Because of this, my body didn’t recover well after the Saturday games. It took about a week to recover after every game.
My sister had her baby early; Myra and I were the first visitors the baby got to see. Apparently peeps have been saying the baby has my Chinky eyes. Baby’s first Thanksgiving was at my Sister’s in-laws, Myra and I brought pumpkin-crunch and I baked some Red-Lobster Cheesy biscuits.
Onto December……
